How do I make an appointment?

Appointments can be made using the booking form on the ‘contact us’ page.

How long does it take to make a couture piece?

We typically recommend that clients allow 3-6 months for the creation of a couture piece and 6-12 months for formation of a bridal gown.

How many fittings are required?

We advise clients to expect no less than 2-3 fittings as this is an integral part of the couture process.

Where do fittings take place?

All clients are given the option to attend a fitting in London. The atelier can travel  (including flight) to your location if you are an international client and require a more convenient option. This will come with an added travel cost.

Does FERONA practice sustainability?

What payment process do you use?

Our preferred method of payment is a direct bank transfer.

How do returns, exchanges and cancellation work?

All couture orders are non-refundable. We can however offer changes to your design or alterations and amendments to your order once agreed.

How does FERONA deliver?

We offer clients the option of having their special piece delivered by hand, alternatively we can deliver using our dependable delivery partners and couriers. We also offer aftercare services to all our clients should they require special care for delicately crafted couture creations.
